We recommend you try our boots on upon receipt and wear the boots inside to make sure the fit is good. If your boots feel good in the foot portion, but are too loose in the heel, try replacing the insert inside of the boot with the "snug fit" insert that comes in the box. It is normal for pull-on style boots to have some play in the heel, but if the boots are too long then you should exchange for another size as long as the boots are new and have never been worn outside. 

Boot sizes run fairly true to athletic high performance shoe size. Females should order two sizes down from their true shoe size.
